Up for auction is a box containing 250 handrolled paper tubes to be used for Civil War Revolutionary War .58, .69 & .75 caliber inert replicas. Hand rolled on 5/8" (.625") dowel rod out of blank newsprint, crimped in the end NO GLUE NO STAPLES, 4"- 4 1/2" long. We normally load 80-85 grains in our 1/2" inert replicas and have plenty of room to fold/create the tail. I am sure you could easy load up to 120 grains and have plenty of length left. I like having a little longer tail as it makes it easier to pull the inert replica from the leather box. Many of the Rev War reenactors use this size since they tend to fit the wood blocks easier than the actual size tube. I have been rolling these for many years, and my Civil War unit uses thousands of these every year with virtually no problems. I will include 5 extra tubes in the box of 250 just in case there are a couple that give you problems. The NEW LOWER PRICE of $9.49 comes out to just 3 3/4 cents a tube, about as cheap as you will find. I have sold hundreds of thousands of these tubes to reenactors throughout the US and Europe. My tubes were used on the film production of "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" and the currently being shot "The Pale Blue Eye".
