Not many of these partially completed metal hammers come up for sale very often. I’ve only seen a couple over the past decade. They’re very rare. From what I understand, in the 1920s, this partially completed metal hammer forging was inadvertently created before the flash was cut off during the production process. Gunnar Olson made the original mold for an unknown company. Gunnar is known to have made at least three hammer molds in addition to this - one was a dual claw and the other a dual ball peen. Please note: the last four photos show it propped up using a grey plastic cap placed underneath. The cap isn’t included… unless you want it.
