Check the listing for details. 19TH CENT. HAIDA HALIBUT HOOK WITH THUNDERBIRD CARVING - FINE SURFACE & COND.. Condition: Used, Made in United States. Listed at 450.00 USD. A well-crafted antique 19th century halibut hook from the Native American culture of the Haida people of Alaska and British Columbia, Canada. It measures 10 3/8" long by 5" wide, all original, with copper wire wrapping, an iron barb, and old twine. There is a shallow relief carving of a thunderbird with tail feathers at the base of the straight side of the hook. There are no condition issues. It has a warm old, un-touched surface.
