The box is in good used shape and has scratches and blemishes from when it was used in the military. The kit is almost complete with a few things missing. The tool itinerary list is in the cover and shows where each item is and what goes there. Some of the stuff does have some rust speckling and chrome flaking which some has been neutralized and some needs it be such as on some of the sockets, the ratchets, and a few other competes, the feeler gauge has been rusted unfortunately and should Probaly get replaced. The case is kissing one handle on one side but does come with another set of wheels. Whats is in the pictures is the item you will receive.
