These are not "new old stock." These are new. The packs were assembled in February 2023. What you see is what you get. The color of your shrink wrap may be different. We try to use black shrink wrap to match the originals, but this isn't always possible. These batteries have actual thermostats like the originals have. These were tested in my Compaq LTE 5280 before shipping. I will ship almost anywhere in the world where its not forbidden from the US. Buyers in the US have free shipping with USPS first class.
