This appears to have a rotary feedthrough installed for some type of gas or oil. It has an o-ring connection on one half of the output side and runs to those two threaded female ports on the adjacent side. The case has some grease stains and there are some scratch marks on an output shaft, but is otherwise in clean shape all around and rotates smoothly as shown in the video. The worm drive has a 100:1 ratio.
