A hosel protector is provided which will accommodate standard shaft sizes of .335 to .370 diameters. Also included is a rubber golf shaft clamp to protect the shaft. I recommend using a Micro torch or heat gun as your heat source. The head is easily removed by applying heat and pumping the handle of the included bottle jack. Our puller/extractor can be operated by bolting it down to a bench using the two holes in the bottom of the rectangular aluminum tubing or it can be secured in a vise or clamped down to a work bench.
