These bushings are made in USA and are the correct size and made of through hardened tool steel. Unlike the cheaper bushings made out of powdered metal, these will not crack and offer better flange support. They duplicate the original size of the nylon bushing. The springs were designed to offer more tension and lock into the rod and adjusters correctly. Current springs tend to flatten and are oversized and never actually lock into the rod.
