Check the listing for details. INCREDIBLE ARCHAIC FLINT RIDGE THEBES FOUND IN ILLINOIS IN 1898 ARROWHEAD. Condition: Used, Made in United States. Listed at 325.00 USD. Beautiful Classic Dog leg Thebes found in Illinois in April of 1898. Wonderful piece of high grade flint ridge or Illinois High Ridge Chert. Well flaked example with great Patina and deposits. Great no brainer authentic example. Fully guaranteed authentic forever! Comes with the J. Weston Smith Collection file card and photos. He collected this piece in 1995 from Bill Jackson. Illinois seems off for this style and material, but why would anybody make that up? It sure wouldn't help the piece to be from Illinois versus Ohio, then or now. Phenomenal example, and has some nice chunky deposits you don't get to see on this waxy material very often!
