This does function 100% it does need to be mounted upside down for a little while due to the fact that it's got a little bit of spider sag. When I received it a few years back it did not have the outer gasket so I assume somebody had it laying flat on its face and pushing the cone in. One of the inputs is a little loose on the mount it's not disconnected from the basket but as you can see in the photos it might need a little bit of glue. Overall condition on the cone is extremely good the surround is in good shape it does have a little bit of roughness to it. But there's no cracking. This will be shipped UPS. Due to its weight I can't offer free shipping.
