We used to run a press 24 hrs a day making these for McDonalds, Burger Chef, Hardees, Dairy Queen, Church's Chicken and many many others. I have been cleaning out our warehouse and recently found an entire skid of these. I've only opened a few boxes so far and they're all McDonalds.
