I don’t know much history except label on back says it came from an Award & Trophy shop in Crockett CA. The JUMBO Final Floor card is “Seizing The Game - 6/14/98”. There is some wear showing on the jumbo card, take close look at corners, especially top and bottom left side. The plaque is 9” x 12” the jumbo card is 5”x3.5”
