After being retired to Aberdeen Proving Ground, it was rescued by the Bradley Air Museum, now the New England Air Museum, and rebuilt using parts from another B-29. Restored as “Jack’s Hack,” it now proudly stands on display. Its story continues as B-29 PlaneTags that help support the museum’s ongoing mission.
