This brooch is a wonderfully recreation of the Uffington White Horse cast in a glorious high shine finish. The Uffinton White Horse is a highly stylized prehistoric hill figure, 110 m long, cut into the turf to reveal the underlying white chalk. The figure has been shown to date back some 3,000 years, to the Bronze age, and is though to be of tribal significance. This brooch is perfect in every way!
