Odd(to me) because the "Premium" brand wasn't the Phillips Company's premium brand; that was "Trop-Arctic" Motor Oil! Phillips 66 Shield on pencil barrel above: "Long Oil Company / Curtis Ramsey - Tank Wagon Sales / Valley Falls, Kansas / 76 Phones 192". "The Ritepoint Pen Company produced ballpoint pens, coasters, cigarette lighters and a few other items in the 1950s-1970s. They were based in St. Louis, MO."
