Check the listing for details. ORIGINAL PAINT 1944 WWII McCord M1 Steel Helmet w/Liner Rear Seam Swivel Bale. Condition: Used. Listed at 129.95 USD. The liner, made by Westinghouse, needs a web suspension restoration. Includes a reproduction leather chinstrap. The original paint McCord steel helmet has OD7 web straps with a brass J hook and brass raised bar buckle. The helmet heat stamp is readable and is 1029A, and was made in the fall of 1944, just prior to the Battle of the Bulge. This is a great looking been-there-done-that helmet.
