The back has light damage to board covering the photograph. Well made, hand made piece. Photo covered with glass and copper ring around opening. The photograph does not appear to be original, looks like a period printed copy. The photograph may also have been glued to the glass (rippling of image almost like painted on glue strokes) The hinge mechanism and support leg are solid and work as intended.
