I was a dealer of the Meanies back in the late 1990's. I have had them in my possession since in a box. This is the non-plush version. The inside of the tag is also different from the plush version. See pictures for details. The tag reads: Peter the Peegull was in trouble. He must get to a toilet on the double. If he does not get through the door, there will be a big puddle on the floor, for Peter will have burst like a bubble!!!
