You are looking at a newly made reproduction Civil War CS forage cap in a size 7 3/8ths. It is made from vintage grey cassimere type wool. It has a painted leather visor, painted canvas working chinstrap held on by 2 original gilt buttons. Period correct cotton lining and a leather sweatband. Cap is based on Amzi Williamson cap in the Echoes of Glory book. I try to keep all my caps as historically correct as possible, so thanks for looking and USA sales only.
