This is a pocket watch size gambling device that appears to be a standard size pocket watch with a dial but with a single hand, a stem, and a watch chain top ring. The dial face appears to be a typical watch face, but upon close inspection there appears to be a clear porcelain coating over a printed background that leaves variations in the white background and a tiny white spot on one spoke of the wheel that is created in the original dial coating process as a result of color bleeding.
