I am unsure of the country of origin, and it is marked on the bottom as shown in the pictures. It has been tested and is silver but cannot say for sure that it is .925 (sterling). Other than the marking on the bottom there is a very small symbol stamped at three locations on the circumference of the cup as shown in the pictures. It weighs 4.97 Troy ounces. If anyone is familiar with this maker, please let me know.
