The amount of crinoids that can fit in each locket varies depending on how big or small the stars are. —— Crinoids are marine animals that lived anciently and are still alive today (although, now they are sometimes called sea lilies or feather stars). Crinoid star fossils are the star-shaped columnals that make up the stalks (or stems) of crinoids. Crinoid fossils can be found in many parts of the world, but the ones in my shop were all collected in Utah.
