It is a light brown, yellow, purple, blue, and green note that bear the signatures of Dr. Luke Forau and Hon. Hary Degruit Kuma, and measures 150 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side features the flag and the national coat of arms. Its reverse side shows an open coconut, a coconut shell necklace, coconut harvesting, and palm trees.
