The odometer screen is printed brighter blue for better daytime viewing. This is our LED version with the numbers printed clear which allows LEDs to shine through much better. The back side of your original OEM gauge face has a blue coating. The blue on the OEM gauge face acts as a filter for the stock incandescent bulbs. Incandescent bulbs have a yellow color or tint to them, the blue acts as a filter. Gauge face can be used for a 6 or 7 gauge cluster. The cover can be tacked with glue over the 7th gauge if you only have a 6 gauge cluster. Fitment: 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche Silverado Suburban Tahoe and also GMC Sierra and Yukon with gas engine. 2007 Classic Edition Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 and HD models with gas engine.
