The snout is machined .005 smaller to accommodate a roller bearing, it will not work on a transmission with a bushing. These Transmission Yokes are machined from exclusive CNC heat treated 4140 steel forgings for greater strength and no added weight. They feature a "Quick Release" cap design for easy removal when the driveshaft requires dropping from the front. The seal surface is specially ground to a close tolerance, 16 micro finishes for perfect fit.
