It comes with a combination of green, blue, and brown and measures 130 x 69 mm. The obverse side shows a denomination as a registration device, writer Ivan Franko, the coat of arms, and a geometric shape in SPARK. The reverse side features the Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Lviv and a statue of a winged woman holding a fern, from the roof of a building.
