This is the first Postal Card Catalog issued by the UPSS in 1955, despite being formed in 1945. It is softbound as most of the early publications were, and in good legible condition with no tears, missing pages, or markings. Interesting that other than descriptions and numbers, they did not put any prices on the cards. This is 94 pages and includes the errata and addenda pages.
