The NSN is 6530-00-784-4205. The strap is made of heavy duty mildew resistant cotton. The strap is 2" wide by 72" long by 1/8" thick. The strap was made in the 80's The strap was designed to secure the wounded to a litter but these straps have many, many more uses than that. A single strap can cinch down to 2" diameter item or up to a 23" diameter item. Straps can be buckled together to increase their length. These are super handy for camping and hunting.
