HISTORICALLY: INTERNET sources are conflicting in how this key was used. One source says it's a training key, and another source says it's a NAVY KEY. Although it is unmarked with exception of the number 4 on the black plastic base, I suspect it's made by HAYAKAWA ELECTRIC.
