It has a chimney cover lift arm to help with wick evaporation and the bottom has a rubber cover to help with evaporation from the bottom. This will save lighter fluid. Chimney opens and closes automatically with the lid. This insert should fit Zippo cases. Some may be tighter than others so do your own research, but as you can see in the last picture, it was a perfect fit for the normal zippo case.
