This Diorama with the 1956 Le Mans winning D type Jaguar #501 registered MWS 301 is set in a crafted oak wooden case with sliding plexiglass front and top panels. This 1/24 scale scene depicts 5 crew servicing the Big Cat before an event. Jaguar #501 in the ownership of Ecurie Ecosse a privateer with factory backing won Le Mans in 1956 and is one of the most celebrated Jaguar D types of all. The unit has 3 led overhead lamps with access to the electrics by simply sliding back the roof section. Included are 5 mechanics & their tools, along with other pieces of shop equipment. The sturdy well crafted oak wooden case is 11" high by 15" wide & 10" deep. The case has been left in it's natural finish and you can stain or paint it if you choose.
