Orange Coast AuctionsDescription An original unopened box of ten bolt head catches. Packaged in March 1946. The label officially calls them breech bolt head catch plates. They're for the No. 4 Mk I and Mk I* British rifles. Part number BB8596. The boxes are unopened. I opened the one you see here and found that five of the ten had a small speck of rust somewhere. Some not too visible and nothing major. Certainly nothing that would affect the function. The boxes are all wrapped in heavily waxed paper and I suspect all the parts will look like the ones shown here. There looks to be various manufacturers, with pieces marked "W," "N," "L," and "D" and perhaps others that are too small to discern. Shipping in a bubble wrap envelope is $4.06.
