The front tip of the handle is monogrammed, in period stippled script: L.C. over H.C.C.This special stuffing spoon was assayed by Frederick Fabricius with a Copenhagen town mark for 1792. The maker's mark is LM and the sign of the Zodiac is Sagittarius.
