Sterling silver mark bears the crescent moon and crown mark for Germany, 925 for purity and an HB for Hofjuwelierwerkstatt H. Behrnd silversmith. Striker itself bears the Meissen double sword with dot which dates it to 1924-1933. Extraordinary piece. I love the dragon artwork! 2.38" in diameter and 1.75" in height.
