You are buying one vintage 1920's Niemann Table Company sideboard buffet. Measures approximately 66" long, 22" wide and 38" high. As you can see by the pics, there is some light wear & discoloration and especially the top which also has a lot of scuffs, scratches, etc. The interior cabinets have a white residue (I've been told this indicates that it's made of Walnut) & to a lesser extent there is some on the outside finish. The top drawer has a few issues such as not closing all the way due to expansion and there are some stains inside that drawer (see pic # 11). This buffet however, does have several positive aspects such as: Structurally, it is in good condition for it's age and it seems to be holding up well. The hardware & finish are original (although it would look wonderful if it were to be refinished). Most importantly, it still has the original Niemann Table Co. name plate on the back (see last two pics). I personally own this buffet but it originally belonged to my grandparents.
