The fiber board box features metal corners and a tan canvas strap closure. Main pockets on the front showcase remnants of old postage. In excellent condition based on the age. General age, where to the canvas straps and buckles with a few scrapes. Inside is virtually flawless. This was my Dad’s who was in the military in 1940-1990s and graduated from the Naval Academy in 1944 (1 year early due to the war). I’ve seen some listed as high as $465. 21 inches long 12 inches deep. 6 inches tall.
