This uniform represents the post World War II era, early 1950s. It is a perfect representation of the United States Marine Corps uniform during that time. The shoulder patches are crisp and bright. The jacket, pants, and belt are all green wool, and they are in their original form without any alterations. This set is a must-have for any serious collector of militaria! The uniform fits somewhat small. I would think the jacket size is roughly a medium and possibly a small. The jacket measures 29.5" length x 19" Chest x 28" sleeves. The pants have a 30" waist and are 29" in length. There are two small (~2 mm) moth holes in the wool. Both can be seen clearly in the last two photos. The first is near the right side lapel. The other is on the inside of the collar. Both are very discreet and do not detract from this handsome set.
