They all have flaws (some major, some minor), and in my estimation none of them rise to the level of EX condition. Sometimes the flaws are obvious in the photos, however some cards might have creases, scratches or moisture warping that might not be easily visible in the scans. Have a look. Some of these cards look really nice. They present well. If they look good in the photo, they'll look good in your binder.
