I'm not sure of the exact time period this is from but I know it's post 1950 but not as recent as the 1990s. This piece can be made into a table, seat, coat tree, pool cue stand, bar stool, lamp, or a mannequin stand/ dress form base. It also unscrews into three pieces (see pictures) and will be shipped that way. The plate on top is 5" wide and the opening at the top with the plate off is 1 1/4" wide on the inside threading.
