It powers up fine and I can navigate the system without a password using the touch screen.... BUT.....when I try to access the Qvella software the touch screen turns red with the following message "Instrument has encountered a system failure. Please contact Technical Support" even though it states "Ready" in the corner of the screen? I have been unable to contact Technical Support. It looks like the Qvella website has been taken down. I don't have a clue what the issue is with Qvella or whether they are just taking a break or out of business?
