A simple yet effective lightweight cooling mod addon for the 2025 version of the GPD Win Mini. Designed to keep the unit much cooler both to the touch as well as not to stress internal components when seeking maximum performance. This Mod will work for both the HX370 version as well as the 8840u in the 2025 revision case. SOLDERING SMALL wires is requried for this mod. Included is a 40mm 5v additional fan, small swath of PTM7950, 4 slightly longer bottom shell screws, a copper heatsink for the 2280 ssd, and lastly a new high flow bottom shell printed out of ABS plastic. The fan will come with solder already tinned on exposed wires you only need to attach them to your existing internal fan (matching wire color and polarity).
