IT HAS BEEN LIGHTLY CLEANED BUT WILL NEED SOME SANDING AND PAINT WORK. IT WILL BE DELIVERED WITH THE 24" POLE, A 14" BASE, AND A TWO HEAD FLANGE. I'VE INCLUDED THE BASE OF THE ORIGINAL MACHINES THAT WERE ATTACHED TO THE STAND WHEN I BOUGHT IT IN 1967. THEY MEASURE 6.5X6.5 AND MAY HAVE MORE VALUE TO A COLLECTOR THAN THE POLE STAND.
