If you stretch them really far they will break.... like most rubber bands. What im getting at is that they are a smidge old. Not bad or terribly weak. A select few of the bunch are. Priced proportionately. I have sold these to a previous customer and they said these bands have about a 40% failure rate. That means only 60% of them will be good!
