Listed at 26.60 USD. 2pcs Front ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit For 2013-2015 Cadillac GMC Chevrolet Product Information Introduction: To install a car ABS, the following steps need to be followed: 1. Preparation: First, confirm that the vehicle has come to a complete stop, turn off the engine, and tighten the handbrake. Lift the vehicle to an appropriate height to ensure sufficient workspace. 2. Installation point of positioning sensor: ABS systems usually require sensors to be installed on the wheels of the vehicle. Determine the installation location of the sensor according to the installation instructions provided by the vehicle manufacturer. 3. Install the sensor: Fix the sensor on the wheel hub and ensure that the installation position is correct, and there is no collision or obstruction between the sensor and the wheel. 4. Connect the sensor: Use the correct wiring harness to connect the sensor and ABS controller. Ensure that the wiring harness is securely connected and installed correctly, avoiding interference from heat sources, moving parts, or sharp edges. 5. Install ABS controller: Install the ABS controller in the appropriate position on the vehicle according to the installation instructions provided by the vehicle manufacturer. Usually, the controller is installed in a safe area inside the engine compartment or cabin of the vehicle. 6. Install valve body: According to the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer, correctly install the ABS valve body on the vehicle brake system pipeline and ensure that the connection is tight. 7. Connect the wiring harness: Connect the wiring harness of the ABS controller and sensor, ensure that the connection is correct, the wiring harness is not twisted, and use insulation tape or wiring harness to fix the wiring harness. 8. Complete installation: After installation, carefully inspect all connections and fasteners. Ensure that the circuit is not loose or tripped, and eliminate any potential safety risks. 9. System testing: Start the vehicle manually for a simple test to ensure that there are no abnormal sounds or warning indications in the ABS system. Subsequently, small-scale low-speed and medium speed tests will be conducted in a safe environment to verify the normal functionality and performance of the ABS system. 10. Commissioning and calibration: during installation and testing, debug and calibrate the sensors and controllers of the ABS system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system. Matters needing attention: 1.The installation of ABS system should be carried out by professional technicians to ensure correct installation and good performance. 2.During the installation process, it is essential to carefully read and follow the installation instructions and operation manual provided by the vehicle manufacturer. 3.When testing the ABS system, please ensure the safety of the surrounding environment to avoid accidents. 4.If you are not familiar with the installation and debugging of ABS system, please seek professional technical support or consultation. Please note that before purchasing the product, please verify the vehicle model and product appearance(Especially important parts) Suitable vehicle models for the product: ABS abs abs module abs sensor abs control module abs pump abs sorber abs wheel sensor ABSB10142, ALS2631, SU15091, SEN2ABS3105, ARA1221, 23498355, SS20840, SS20840, AB1117, 20971873, 23498355, AB1117, ABS56011, 23498355, SU15091, 1802541056, 23498355, AB1117, V51720123, 2ABS3105, ALS2631T, 818080112, 23498355, 23498355, 23498355, 23498355, SU15091, 2ABS3105, 5S13685, ABS2631, 23498355, VSS216, AB1117, 5S13685, 1113058, 2411158, 533002SB, 533002, 23498355, 23498355, V51720123, List Of Vehicle Models 2015 - 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV 6.2L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2013 - 2013 Cadillac XTS 3.6L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2014 - 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4.3L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2014 - 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 5.3L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2014 - 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.2L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2015 - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2014 - 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 4.3L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2014 - 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2014 - 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 6.2L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2015 - 2015 GMC Yukon XL 5.3L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit 2015 - 2015 GMC Yukon XL 6.2L ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Kit Product testing data: 1.Resistance Check Purpose: This test shall verify the coil is similar in construction to the coil in the OE sample. Procedure: Measure resistance of the coil with Multimeter or LCR meter. Criteria: Resistance shall be no less than 90% of OE sample. 2.Inductance Check Purpose: Along with the resistance check, this test shall verify the coil and magnet in the device under test is similar in construction to the coil and magnet in the OE sample. Procedure: Measure inductance with an LCR meter. Criteria: Inductance shall be no less than 90% of OE sample. 3.Insulation Resistance Purpose: This test shall verify the part’s resistance to loss of insulation. A loss of insulation could result in electrical performance degradation and signal interference. Procedure:Use the test methods according to ISO 16750-2, “Insulation Resistance”. Criteria: Devices under test shall have an insulation resistance of at least 90% of OE. If insulation resistance is less than 90% of OE, magnet wire insulation is not adequate and needs to be revised. 4.Salt Spray Test Purpose: This test shall verify the device under test is able to withstand the environment experienced in an engine bay. Procedure: Subject one (1) device under test to 120 hours of salt spray per ASTM B117-07a. Criteria: Device under test shall not show signs of red rust, and device under test’s signal output shall not degrade more than 10% of pre salt spray test’s performance. 5.Extreme Heat Age Test Purpose: This test shall verify the device under test is able to withstand extremely high temperature scenarios that can be experienced by larger displacement engines and heavy duty diesel engines. Procedure: Subject one (1) device under test and one (1) OE sample to 1500C for eight (8) hours and measure signal output degradation at one (1) mm air gap. If part needs to be removed from thermal chamber, OE remove and test within one hundred eighty (180) seconds from removal of thermal chamber. If no degradation, repeat test up to ten (10) times for a total of eighty (80) hours, or until degradation occurs on either OE or device under test. Criteria: Device under test signal output shall not degrade more than 10% of pre-extreme heat age test functional test results. If device under test degradation exceeds 10% of pre-extreme heat age functional test results, or completely fails, device under test fails and need to be revised. If the OE sample degradation exceeds device under test’s degradation, or fails at any point during the test and device under test still functions (even if signal output degredation exceeds 10%), the test can be terminated and device under test passes. If minimal (
