It features 3 different control kobs, all knurled for maximum grip and leverage. The ball locking knob is used to control the ballhead. The ball can be tightened into a variety of positions. The copper control knob tightens the clamp, so photographers can ensure their camera is held securely in place, and a seperate pan knob to be rotated 360 ̊ on its base. The AirHed Vu's casing includes a vision panel which enables users to see the inner mechanism which controls the ball.
