If we are unable to replace a refund will be issued once we have received the item back. If a damaged item is returned, the costs of returning back must be met by the customer, if a claim with the courier is successful for damage then the all of the return cost (within reason) will be refunded to the customer 5. We can issue a partial refund for the damage if the buyer prefers to keep the item but we must be notified within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage. 6. Regarding items that are faulty, we will only reimburse the cost of the item (or replace the item) and your return postage costs up to a reasonable amount and are not liable for any other costs.
