To be honest, we snagged this one for our collection as its just that cool. Often called a Half and Half bit, as it has two different mouth pieces, designed to offer more correction or lift on one side to help support a horse that is heavy or stiff on one side. Krece Harris, who is a multi national champion team roper, paired with NRS to make this fancy bit. Offered very limitedly, briefly under the name HaBit. The Heeler has a copper thicker diameter copper mouth on one side, and a thinner copper mouth on the other, with a 2" rounded correction port. Port is sweet iron. Fixed cheek on the left side, rotates at the shank on the right side. Both sides do rotate at the port. Shorter, swept back shank that measures 6 1/2". This cool bit is finished off with a bit of engraving work in German Silver, copper, and jewelers bronze and is all hand made. Nice, weighty bit with a great balance and feel. In excellent used condition, showing just a bit of rust on the mouth as designed. Only a couple hundred of these were made and its rare to see these on the used market!
