Check the listing for details. 5cx1500 socket and tube. Condition: Used. Listed at 675.00 USD. Socket for 5CX1500 A/B with tube and accessories includes filament connectors, input tuning parts, air chimney, plate cap w HV wire, plate ring and etc. Includes tube that was in the transmitter, pedigree / legacy uknown. This assembly was used in the Harris FM-2.5H3 transmitter Sorry, no filament transformer, someone beat me to it ..... requires 5 V at 40 Amps (!!!) two Hammond 165X5's with paralleled secondaries should do it. More complete tube specs-requirements are on the Eimac website. Plate volts can be 3000-4500. At 3500 V and w 250 W drive the 5CX1500 will do 2500 watts with tube lasting 24-30 months. ( At a station owners request, I HAVE run one at close to 5000 V by putting 230 volts on the '208' and '-10' primary taps on the plate transformer and ran 275 W drive and achieved 3200 W output...............BUT.............tube life was about 6 months.) Tube requires a LOT of air-flow, ideally socket would be mounted on an approximately 12" cube with a large Rotron® or equivalent blower forcing air up thru the socket and tube fins. (Harris Corp in Quincy IL could probably tell you the exact model used, it too went walk-about in the unit.) See my other listing for a COMPLETE power supply set-up from the same transmitter...transformer, rectifiers, 2 filter chokes, two capacitors and all interconnecting wire.
