This will allow the lower arm to travel until it contacts your crossmember- that's as low as you're gonna get without some major mods!Combine these with a pair of drop spindles to get your front end on the ground, or skip the spindles and just enjoy being properly low without buying a bunch of expensive parts!These cups are 1/4" thick steel, designed to be welded into your stock control arms.
