Leather strops made by me using vegetable tanned leather from my leatherwork that are to small for me to use on other projects. The leather is 7 to 9 oz. in thickness. Each one is glued with an adhesive to an oak block measuring 8" by 2 1/2" by 3/4". These strops are smooth side up. Use it to put a keen edge on knives and tools. Can be used as is or apply a black or green compound to really put that hair popping edge back on your knives.
